Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only deliver within Prague.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days.

We also offer 24-hour delivery on weekdays for some orders, depending on availability and time of request.

What if I have trouble uploading my photos?

  • Try using a photo compressor (e.g., TinyJPG or CompressJPEG) to reduce the file size.
  • If you're required to upload, for example, 12 photos, but the system only lets you upload 8, you can email the remaining 4 photos to unboxthelove.cz@gmail.com.

Note: If you’ve already uploaded the total number of photos required (e.g., 12 of 12), no need to send anything by email.
